Talk: “Identifying the Remains of Canadian Soldiers from the First and Second World Wars”, by Dr. Sarah Lockyer of the Directorate of History and Heritage, Department of National Defence, Ottawa. Dr. Lockyer will speak about the Casualty Identification Program, which aims to identify the newly discovered skeletal remains of Canadian service members. She will explain the multidisciplinary process, and will give examples of successful and unsuccessful identifications.
